Participation in the Exhibition of the 21st Congress

The conference and exhibition are annually conducted in different Arab Countries. In December 2009 the 21st annual Congress will be held in Bahrain. We expect to attract international medical professionals 300- 400 participants.

The Aim of the Lab Tech Exhibition is to-

1. Expose the guests to advances in laboratory technology.
2. Introduce new suppliers / manufacturers in the market.
3. Facilitate communication between suppliers and clients.

The Exhibition fee is BD 1150 / $3000 (space of 2 * 3 meters) per 3 days.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR SHELL SCHEMES for each 6 sqm:

1. One table & three chairs
2. White fascia board (300 mm Ht) with blue vinyl sticker for the name of the company.
3. Two fluorescent tubes (40 w) or 2 spot lights to be installed behind fascia board as general lighting.
4. One single phase power point.
5. One waste paper basket.
6. Carpet.
7. Acknowledgment in the 21st Conference Book
8. Two invitations to attend, meet, and networking during the Gala Dinner
9. Two Lunch pass cards for the three days
10. Two name badges for Exhibitor representatives
